California Tiny House, Inc. – Small Batch Savings” Group Promotion

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

 

The “Small Batch Savings” promotion (“Promotion”) is a limited-time group-buy offer provided by California Tiny House, Inc. (“CTH”), available to individuals who place a qualifying $1,000 deposit toward the purchase of a designated CTH tiny house model. The Promotion becomes active once a minimum of ten (10) individual orders are received. Max 20 promotion units available.

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Promotion is valid for new or previous customers not currently under contract.

• Promotion applies exclusively to designated tiny house models listed at the time of offer.

• Custom designs are excluded.

• Participation is not limited by geographic location; however, shipping or set-up is not included.

 

 

3. DEPOSITS

• An initial deposit of $1,000 is required to join the group promotion.

• Deposits must be submitted via official CTH channels (e.g., website form, authorized link).

• Deposits are held in a non-interest-bearing account until the group threshold is met or the promotion ends.

• Processing fees, credit card surcharges, or other transaction-related charges may apply. California Tiny House (CTH) is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your payment provider.

• If the deposit is refunded, it will be returned in full minus a 3% processing surcharge.

 

4. PROMOTION ACTIVATION & STRUCTURE

• The Promotion becomes active upon receipt of ten (10) or more valid deposits from individual buyers or a combination of bulk and individual buyers totaling ten (10) units up to (20) units.

• Participants will be notified in writing once the group minimum has been reached and the Promotion is activated.

 

This promotion is structured in tiered batches. Each batch includes:

 

Tiered ​​Buyer Discount

 

--  First 3 -- $15,000 off base model

 

​​--  Next 7​​​ -- $12,500 off base model

​

--  ​​Last 10​​  -- $10,000 off base model

 

• The promotion will expire 30 days after July 31, 2025 or once both tiers are filled, whichever occurs first.

• Participation is limited and available at the discretion of CTH.

 

5. REFERRAL POLICY

 

Participants may refer a friend to the Small Batch Savings program. If both parties enter the same batch and purchase the unit, each will receive an additional $500 discount off the final price.

• Referral must be declared prior to or at the time of deposit.​

 

6. REFUND POLICY

 

If the group minimum is not met by the posted deadline, participants may elect:

• A full refund of their $1,000 deposit minus a 3% processing surcharge, or

• An alternate promotional offer at CTH’s discretion (e.g., smaller group discount tier).

 

If the group minimum is met, deposits become non-refundable and are credited toward the final purchase price of the home.

 

7. PRICING & DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

• The discount applies as a percentage of the net base model price only.

• Discount percentages are predefined and non-negotiable.

• Any upgrades or add-ons are billed separately and are not discounted under this promotion.

• Pricing does not include shipping, taxes, permits, or additional services.

 

8. BUILD ORDER & PRODUCTION

• Production will begin once all group members have signed purchase agreements and submitted full down payments.

• Homes will be built in assembly-line format, with the order of delivery determined by the chronological order of initial $1,000 deposits or full payments.

• Estimated production lead time is 3–4 months for the first unit, with subsequent units completed every 1–2 weeks thereafter.

• Delivery and set-up are handled by 3rd-party providers and are not included in the promotional discount. Pricing varies by region.

9. POST COMPLETION STORAGE & LIABILITY
Once a unit is completed and ready for delivery or pickup, the following terms apply:

• ​California Tiny House (CTH) will store the unit free of charge for up to three (3) calendar weeks from the date of completion.

• ​After the 3-week grace period, storage will be charged at a rate of $100 per week, billed weekly until the unit is picked up by the client or an authorized delivery service.

• ​CTH is not liable for damage, theft, weather-related deterioration, vandalism, or any other loss that may occur while the unit remains in our storage yard beyond the completion date.

Clients are encouraged to coordinate delivery or pickup promptly upon completion to avoid storage fees and reduce the risk of exposure.

 

10. CUSTOMIZATION LIMITS

• Only predefined model options and upgrades listed at the time of purchase are available.

• No structural changes or custom layouts will be accepted under this promotion.

 

11. TRANSFERABILITY

• Participation in the promotion is non-transferable without express written consent from California Tiny House, Inc.

 

12. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

• CTH reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time prior to group activation.

• In the event of cancellation, all deposits will be refunded in full unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• CTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion.

• CTH’s liability for any claim arising from this promotion shall not exceed the value of the participant’s deposit.

 

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

• Any legal action must be brought in Fresno County, CA.

 

15. DISCLAIMERS

• This promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• All pricing, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice, although confirmed participants will be protected under the terms agreed at time of deposit.

By submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
