Who we are: California Tiny House, Inc. (“CTH,” “we,” “us,” “our”) designs and builds tiny homes and related services.

Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a tour, request pricing, join our email list, or purchase products and services. This policy applies to information we control as a business. If you contact a financing partner or third party from our site, their privacy policies govern their handling of your information.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. If a financing application is linked from our site, the financing partner collects and controls it.

Disclosures to service providers

We share information with vendors that operate our website and business functions, for example: site and hosting platform, email service, customer relationship tools, payment processors, financing or scheduling tools, video and map embeds, analytics, and advertising platforms. These providers must use information only to provide services to us.

Selling or sharing personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners to measure and improve ads. This sharing is controlled by cookies. You can opt out with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and by using a browser opt-out signal.

California privacy rights (CPRA)

California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and may opt out of sale or sharing. We will not discriminate for exercising rights. Submit requests to privacy@californiatinyhouse.com or use our request form at /privacy-request. We will verify your identity and respond within the required time. You may designate an authorized agent.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser.

Financial incentives

We do not offer programs that provide a price or service difference in exchange for personal information. If we introduce one later, we will describe the terms and how to opt in.

Payment and financing

Online payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Links to financing partners on our site lead to their systems. Their collection and use of information are governed by their privacy policies.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, for the period required by law, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Typical periods appear in the Notice at collection table.

Children’s privacy

Our website and sales processes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party websites and content

Our pages may link to third-party sites such as financing partners, mapping tools, booking tools, calendars, video hosts, or social networks. Their policies govern those services.

We will update this policy when practices change. The Effective date shows the latest version.
