When 10 buyers place a fully refundable $1,000 deposit, we activate the batch and kick off production on our best-selling model, the Vesta 32 (base price: $139,050). Your deposit holds your place in line and unlocks serious savings. First come, first built!
The Earlier You Join, The More You Save:

Once the group fills, we order materials and schedule production. Our current lead times put the first completed home at 3–4 months after the batch closes, with others delivered in a staggered timeline right after.
