California Tiny House, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business founded in 2014 in the heart of California. What began as a small venture has grown into one of the leading voices in the tiny house movement committed to building high-quality homes that prioritize livability, smart design, and lasting craftsmanship. From the first sketch to many years after move-in, we believe every project should be a positive, personal experience.

But we’re more than just builders, we’re advocates and educators. From day one, we’ve been at the forefront of policy change, helping shape some of the most impactful tiny house legislation in the country. Our work began here in California, but its reach has spread nationwide, helping pave the way for more accessible, sustainable housing options.

We’re also passionate about empowering the next generation of builders and innovators. Through partnerships with CTE and ROP programs, we’ve helped schools across the state launch hands-on tiny house curricula, bringing construction education back to life in classrooms and workshops alike.
